Terms of service

The product. AEOCheck sells a one-time visibility report for $25. You get the lenses you selected at purchase, delivered by email and as a hosted page.

What the scores are. Your report is a measured snapshot: a sample of real searches run at the time of purchase. AI answers and rankings genuinely vary between runs. The report explains how to read its numbers; we claim only what was measured.

No guarantee of outcomes. The fixes in your report are our honest, specific recommendations. We do not and cannot guarantee that any engine will rank, name, or cite your business.

Delivery and refunds. If your report fails to generate, we will run it by hand and deliver it. If we cannot deliver your report at all, we will refund the purchase in full. Because each report is generated to order for your business, we don't otherwise offer refunds once a report has been delivered.

Acceptable use. Run reports about your own business or businesses you represent. Don't use the tool to harass, spam, or misrepresent.

Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected to a report is limited to the price you paid for it.
