Privacy policy

What we collect. When you run a report we collect the details you give us: your business name, website, service, city, email address, and (optionally) phone number. Our server also keeps ordinary technical logs.

What we do with it. We use your business details to run the searches and build your report, and your email to deliver it. If you provide a phone number, we treat that as a request to offer you a call about your results. We keep your report and contact details so your report link keeps working and so we can follow up on that request.

Payments. Checkout is handled entirely by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe, not to us — we never see or store them.

Third parties we query. Generating your report sends your service and city (and your website address) to the search and AI providers we measure — that is the product working, not advertising. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Email. We send transactional email only: your report, and sign-in codes for our own operator console. No marketing lists.

Removal. Want your report and details deleted? Reply to your report email and we'll remove them.
